Brandon A. Kline is an accomplished attorney and business executive with extensive experience in environmental, natural resources, and energy law. With a strong track record of success in both the public and private sectors, Brandon has established himself as a leader in the legal and real estate industries.
Brandon holds a J.D./LL.M. degree in Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/Economics (with honors) from California State University. He currently serves as the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Calson Management LLC, where he provides in-house legal support for commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, and operation of projects worth over $350 million. He has successfully implemented profit-sharing programs, developed private equity funds, and contributed to the growth and success of the company.
Prior to his role at Calson Management LLC, Brandon served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General, State of California. In this capacity, he represented large public entities in complex civil litigation and handled compliance with administrative procedures. He has extensive experience in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) matters, providing legal advice and drafting legislative proposals.
